Payment Terms 

Our payment policy, outlined below, varies depending upon what type of service you choose and how many people will be sharing in the pamper fun. 

Small Soirees

If you are coming along with one or two friends or a group of less than 10 people we require full payment upfront. 

Grand Gatherings

If there are 10 or more people in your group we require a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. The balance of payment must be made in full at least one week prior to your event. 

Mobile Service and Functions

If you are booking our Mobile Service or a Function/Event on request we require a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. The balance of payment must be made in full at least one week prior to your event. 

It is important to note that tentative bookings will not be confirmed unless payment has been made.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any last-minute cancellations. A credit card number will be taken as security at the time of booking and any outstanding fees will be charged to that card at the conclusion of the event. It’s probably best to let everyone know this when they commit so there is no embarrassment later.

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Once expired Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis will not honor the voucher.

General Terms 

Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any event guest. By confirming your booking with Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis you agree to abide by the rules of the venue in which the function is held and accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by guests in your party attending the event. 

Upon confirming your booking with Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis you understand that the services provided by Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis is for the basic purpose of relaxation and can in no way be construed as a medical examination.

You agree to enter into the services at your own risk and understand it is your responsibility to inform Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis of all known physical conditions and allergies that may effect the treatments.

You also agree that there shall be no liability on the part of Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis due to your forgetting to relay any pertinent information.

Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis practitioners reserve the right to refuse to perform a treatment on anyone whom he/she deems to have a condition for which the service may be contraindicated. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
