Saturday Pamper Nights at Longroom
Linda Catalano dreamed up the Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis concept in 2003. The event had its first airing at Motorola Melbourne Spring Fashion Week and was a sell out sensation. The event was so well attended that demand for a regular night event was apparent, so Linda continued to run the premium pampering events with the support of excellent staff in some of Melbourne's best loved cocktail bars.
Makeovers, Manicures and Martinis has appeared in every Motorola Melbourne Spring Fashion Week since.
In 2006, Linda's sister Olivia Catalano, a qualified make up artist and masseur, joined her in the business and with Olivia on board the business has expanded to include a mobile service and make up master classes.
The company has a philosophy of using only the highest quality products that are non toxic and not tested on animals.
Together these sisters 'doing it for themselves' are the dynamic driving force behind a concept that is growing in popularity all the time.
